Working with Tristan has been one of the best decisions I've made this year. He's quick to respond, accurate with the designs I gave him, and consistently delivers ahead of schedule.

I've spent a decade building software for teams that can't afford to ship broken things. Now I take on a small number of website projects each year for small businesses and founders — the kind of clients who care how their work is presented, but don't need an agency team and can't afford agency pricing. Fast builds, clean code, and a level of craft usually reserved for companies with a full engineering department.
Prices start at $2,000 for landing pages and $5,000 for full websites. Final cost depends on scope, number of pages, and any custom features. I'll give you a fixed quote after our intro call — no surprise invoices.
Most landing pages ship in 1–2 weeks. Full websites run 3–6 weeks depending on scope. I'll give you a specific timeline after the intro call, and I hit it — or I tell you early if something's going to slip.
It depends on what fits the project best. I build custom sites in React, Next.js, and plain HTML/CSS/JS when raw speed matters. For clients who want to update content themselves, I build in WordPress with a clean Elementor setup. I'll recommend what's right for you — not what's easiest for me.
I handle design. Every project includes custom design work built around your brand, your audience, and what the site actually needs to do. If you already have a designer or brand guide, I'll work with them — but most clients get the full design and build from me.
You own the site outright. I hand off everything you need to run it — access, documentation, and a walkthrough if you want one. If you want me to stick around for updates, bug fixes, and improvements, that's what Ongoing Care is for.
Usually, yes. Small updates, redesigns, performance fixes, and full rebuilds are all fair game. Tell me what you've got and what you want different — I'll tell you the honest path forward, whether that's a facelift or a rebuild.
Yes. Most of my projects are remote and async — time zones don't really matter for the work itself. We'll coordinate calls when needed around your schedule.
You shouldn't, necessarily — agencies are great if you need a full team, extensive discovery, and broader strategy work. Hire me if you want senior-level development and design at a fraction of the cost, with no account managers in the middle and no scope padding.
Tell me about your project. 30 minutes, real conversation, no pressure. If we're a good fit, we'll talk next steps. If we're not, I'll point you somewhere that is.
