Work delivered to clients under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement, not by these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swire Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site. My total liability for any claim related to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
